First aid certificate
Medical examination according to Annex 5 No. 1 FeV
Ophthalmologist’s report according to Annex 6 FeV – an optician’s eye test is not enough

In Bochum the medical certificates may be no older than 1 year. If you drive commercially, you also need the professional driver qualification (BKF).
